How much abuse can this car take
I have been beating on my car pretty bad lately.
Here is my background:
The car is not my daily driver. It sits most of the week and is driven aboug 150 miles on the weekends.
IN the time that i've had the car, I have only tried to launch it twice (slipped the clutch too much and smoked it, rather than dumping it and f'ing something up) and have never speedshifted the car.
However, I have been generally driving the car pretty hard lately. I have gone through the gears at full throttle about 5 or 6 times a night for the past 4 weeks, along with other general hard accelerating. Am i being a *****, or should I treat the car a little nicer.

dude dont worry... the car can take lots of hard driving... even lots of abuse. I have done countless 7k rom launches with twin plates and 450+ hp.. Finally i broke my tranny but that was my fault not teh car's. The motor is amazing and the drivetrain in flawless unless you abuse it( too many 7k launches)

I don't believe you own a Evo and if you really do you don't deserve it. I am so freaking happy we get the car in the US you have no clue. People in other countries would give anything to own one and you here are being stupid. Go buy an car and leave the real cars to the rest of us.
