a click after release clutch

a click after release clutch
when I shift into 3rd and then 4th after I release the clutch and about to step on the gas then i hear a click? is that a tranny problem or the axles?

Do you feel anything when you let go of the clutch? Sometimes when i'm shifting i can feel something vibrating on the shift knob, though it happends fairly quick on the shift, I'm positive i have my clutch all the way down too
