I'm still new to this whole thing. I know the ss line takes out the dampener, where is the restrictor?? I thought it was in the dampener.

The restrictor is IN the slave cylinder.

well I have a 05 and my launches always sucked whe i was making around 300 whp. now that i'm making 380 whp the car launches much harder but not hard enough. But I still have the stock clutch line and stock restrictor in so I need those out. basically my clutch just slips too much and just burns up. If people are pullin 1.70 60ft's with 400whp then i guess if i do the line and remove the restrictor i can do the same. i'm gonna have to look into that.

I've done about 60 passes on the stock clutch using the limiter to build boost..The only time I find it does not work well is if it is so hot outside my car does not make enough power and bogs..I am sort of on the cutoff line for making enough power to use this method..My best time is 12.6@108 using the limiter with a 1.75 60 ft.My clutch seems to be holding up fine..

You have to manipulate the engagement. 6 more passes tonight. 113 total. Best was 12.10 @ 114.96 with a 1.80. Big trap speed improvement over previous. Trap speed finally meets the whp claims. Last pass was a 1.76 92+mph 1/8th 12.1 @ 110 due to a missed shift to 5th. That was one of two shots at 11's and I could not make it happen. The car is an 11.87 car based on the traps. Hopefully next week I can drive it there. All without EMS.
