Point is, he's not making 700WHP on his daily driver. Probably with the boost cranked, but there's no way he's making 700 on pump gas unless he swapped in an LS6.

Here's a link that has some pictures of how a cage is routed through the dash. It's not complete, but might help a little.

Looks like you need to totally remove the dash and components, put in the cage, then put the dash back together. Doesn't look like it would be a ton of fun, but maybe not as hard as I imagine it to be.

Good luck!

Procco, since you're in Orlando, just go to Mazworks and tell them what you want...

What i meant is that the car made 700whp, but..... He does not drive it at that hp on the streets. Sorry for the confusion . He drives it at 20psi on pump for daily driver, and high boost at the track. Hope that clears things up

I don't understand why it matters how much hp he has on the street or the strip. Correct me if I'm wrong, but the topic of the thread is supposed to be about roll cages. In his original post he didn't even mention hp #'s. Then someone asked why he wants a cage and he proceeded to explain why. All of a sudden this turns into how much hp on a daily driver, which has nothing to do with roll cages.

Give the Man a . This place is crazy, Eddie was asking on roll cages and this thread turned out to a pissing match. Who the **** cares what hp he is making, he wants opinnions on roll cages. Obviously his car is fast enough if he needs one .
