It's different with an MR. You need to remove the circle shift pattern sticker and a hexagon key wrench to loosen the adjusting screw inside the knob which in turn will loosen the knob for you to take out. Removing that frikkin' sticker is a lot harder than it sounds!

poor noob. obviously never worked on a car before, but atleast he's starting on a good car i guess. none the less, that is absolutly the best noob question in a while. do we have a sticky for funny questions like this because we should!
