If you compare that one to the one that gruppe-s sells you can see that there are no openings for the light that illuminates the A/C controls to pass through.

I thought about buying one of those, but decided against it because I didn't think that it would have the fit and finish that I wanted.

But for 50 bucks if it is quality then it would be a good deal.

We bought 2 of them, figured why not? The Craig Hardy's are so hard to find sometimes, and Tyrant seems to have stopped making them in CF.

These are fiberglass with CF on top. They aren't perfect, but as said, for $50, they're pretty good.

We're going to cut small slits in the AC portion to allow some light through.

that thing looks really tacky... just keep it clean, why rice it up.... and if they dont even answers emails, chances are they have really crappy service...
