Anyone know if Buschur's mini battery has a warranty?

I just checked their site and found no info about a battery warranty. I've had mine in for just over 2 months and I left the car sitting for a week while on vacation and it is now dead.

I checked for things that caused it to drain but found nothing and then I had to drive 350 miles the next day so it should have recharged...but, here I am a week later and it's dying almost daily even with a trickle charger on it overnight.

I have no radio upgrades/in dash dvd stuff...all stock, so I think I may have gotten a bad battery and since they cost $200+ I really feel like it should have a warranty. It's the weekend now so his shop isn't open so I figured I'd see if anyone here knew of a warranty or not. I hope this is the case because if these batteries die this quickly in the summertime, how will they last during the winter nights in sub-30 degree temps?

Yes, our battery kit has a warranty, well some of them. If you opted for our black battery, which is the more expensive lighter one, it has a 1 year warranty on it, full replacement. If you opted for the cheaper Odyssey battery (the one we had to start using to compete with all the guys that copied our battery kit and sold it cheaper) then it has no warranty from us. Odyssey may warranty it.

It is not typical for them to go dead. My RS has sat without being touched since August 14th, it was just started for the first time Friday, started perfectly. That's over 30 days. No problems.
