Here's my list. Just my opinion.
BR 20g $1100
GSC 272/272 $500
AEM Cam Gears $340
ARP Head Studs $96
Ferrea Valve Springs & Retainers $550
Forge RS BOV $180
Forge Actuator $165
Nisei IC & Piping $1150
Nisei Mini Battery Kit $220
Invidia Exhaust Manifold Pending
Invidia 02 Housing Pending
A-Spec Ti TBE Pending/ Test Pipe is out.
WR Secret Weapon Intake $210

This set-up is sick!
Then get a nice tune from a tuner of your choice. You could also add an alky kit if you want.

But this set-up will probably put you in the mid 11's. Depending on driver.

or you could hit up Vegas and double it. j/k 
It depends how much hp you want. Definately follow the Buschur stages for power mods, even if you decide to piece your own kit you get an idea on what parts you need. This is my opinion.... what ever you do dont get springs, get coilovers. I made that mistake and regret spending the money on springs and install. I got Hotchkis and it felt good for about 1 month but after that it turned gay on me.
