When I lived in PHX thats where I went, for almost 6 years. Get yourself some 5 gal containers and keep them in the garrage. 3 gal will give you 93 oct. if you fill up the rest with 91.

I live in Surprise too! Greenway and Sarival basically...cool to see there are Evos out my way.
