I was thinking a roll run as well, this way you can see how the stroker compares with the higher revving two liter

you have never driven a 800 hp car before have you.. lol There is still alot of skill even on a roll. Keeping it stright, hitting the gears right. playing with the throttle to prevent wheel spin in the lower gears. All that plays into consideration.

Looking good..can't wait to head up with Chris to get the car. We'll have to get some commentary by the AMS guys on film so I can make a good video when we get back home!

You can tell in the video

Are you guys doing anything to the engine to built it up further or recondition it?

What do you plan on doing about the dump tubes? The one on the passenger side seems to be awefully close to the oil cooler and brakes..

after reading this whole thread from begging to end tonight I can say that I can't wait to see this thing up and going.

This car has gotten tons of props from everywhere on the net and AMS has grown even more well known cause of it.

Hummmm yall ever done anything with an SRT-4?!?!?!?

Driver still matters from a roll..shifting matters. The high revving 2.0 will spank a AMS stroker if Chris continues to uphold the 8k redline. Some other stroker manufactures say you can go to 8.5K.....all IMO though. Your gaining 2-400rpm is spoolup, but losing 1.5-2K in redline the answer is easy. The Master never teaches the student everything anyway.

^ ever since day 1 of the videos coming out, you have tried to make nothing but wise remarks or any other remarks to make Chris's car seem to be not as bad *** as it is. Though I will give it to you, I do not recall you making a directly comment cutting his car down, but you certainly have made several indirect comments to try and make it seem, as I said earlier, not as bad *** as it is. At first it was kind of amusing to see the indiect comments you came up0 with, but after a while(aka now) it has just gotten boring and quite lame.

Well Chris will be at a little disadvantage as he will not be used to his car, but maybe if someone else who is used to the 42R spool and shifting drove then it would be a better indication. Just some ideas. Chris probably wont let anyone touch it once hes up there though LOL. I wouldn't either .
