I know a lot of people have mentioned stuff about intakes being pointless or hurting power. I dont want to do too much to the car as to lose my warrenty. How well do you think exhaust, intake header, then a reflash would be?

Before you start getting flamed for not doing a search, I'll leave this nice and short:
exhaust, drop-in filter, reflash, and call it a day
No need for an intake header

I'd do a downpipe, highflow cat or "test pipe" and a cat-back exhaust. The three are known as turbo back exhaust when combined. Throw in a drop-in panel filter, a manual boost controller and a reflash to keep it simple and removable come service time.
