license plate on the dash rather than on the plate

im in n.j. and have no front plate. never did since it came off the lot. i do get stoped but i dont get a ticket. also when i had it up on the dash i got stoped more then having it in my bedroom. anyway id pay a ticket every day if i got to cause that thing is never going on this car. sorry copers but if u want my info you will have to keep up. lol.
