spark plugs and wires

im looking for the best or most recomened ones out there. i have done searches and cant find what im looking for. help would be great. pros and cons of each posted would be a big help.

Switzer Performance makes a Coil On Plug with an AEM CDI. It covers pretty much all you need for the best ignition system. It will support all the boost you want. You'll need colder than stock plugs if you are running more boost. Machevo sells it for $995. Buschur makes a similar system with a MSD DIS-2 for a little less.

how often do you change your spark plugs

i used to run ngk coppers. but just recently switched back to stock iridiums. The coppers would wear to fast.
