I plan on getting possibly the Turbo XS type RFL TBE, HKS FMIC, S-AFC, Emanage, reflash, 10.5, headers, cams, ebc, and maybe a BOV not decided if I want one only heard bad bout them.

So the dealership didn't really sell your STi, you just happened to get lucky with someone coming into the dealership wanting to buy an STi ... cause if you meant what you said in your first post, what the dealership did would have been illegal ...
BTW, do a little more research before you buy mods for your car, you've listed 4 things that pretty much to do the same thing. Eg:
If you have a boost controlling reflash, you don't need an EBC, Emanage or SAFC ...
If you have a EBC and SAFC, you don't need the reflash and Emanage ...
