If you have Allstate insurance, you should think of switching. Why you ask??

My wife had her seats stolen, the car shot up, and the window broken. They gave us a total of $3000 for everything. Told us that we had to get these used seats from somwhere in california from a wrecked evo. And then after giving us this crappy payout, the dropped us. Said that because we showed our vehicle that they are dropping us. That because they didn't have a policy for vehicles that show, that they were dropping us. I am okay with that, cause they had the WORST customer service ever.

Allstate s*$ks and this was just a claim on vadalism. If I had raced my car and gotten in a wreck...fine understandable. This was because someone broke into my car. What the hell do we insure our vehicles for????

If anybody has a great insurance company that they are with...I am open for suggestions.

Don't even GET ME STARTED on insurance, I live in NJ and it is by FAR the most corrupt state in terms of fees and practices.

 

i guess it depends on your agent......i've been w/ allstate for 5 years now and have had nothing but great service. plus i only pay $800 a year for full coverage.

 

I have allstate and I up my policy to cover my car for $60,000 because I am afraid it is going to get vandalized or something. That sucks though man I hope that never happens to me. Keeping her in the garage under lock and key. Good luck finding another insurance company out there.... I here that state farm pays out well and have really good customer service.

 

let me tell u allstate is the worst insurance company, state farm is pretty good i heard. i have all state right now and got into a side collision in April and i still havent gotten any information on if they are going to fix my car or not. they did however already raise my insurance even though i didnt get any citations for the accidents.

 

State farm has been nothing but great to me.... Then again this could vary agent to agent.

 

i love allstate they charge me dirt cheap 180 for full coverage

i gotta say the same thing. we had a zero deductible and now i find out that i got a 500 deductible. im like wtf is wrong with yall. then when i try to contact my agent i always get her voicemail. never not even once have i talked to her. always gotta talk to someone else to get some info.
