well, while i was picking up my window visors i saw the new 06 EVO's comming off the truck and BAMM! literally drops from about 4 feet off the ground onto its ***. bumper and trunk lid got F#$%D!

So this dealership was selling an 06 IX MR for sticker?

Nevermind the break-in procedures. I guess you and the dealer were too caught up in the moment to think better. Maybe this is just another reason why the majority of dealers are so reluctant to let people test drive, or should I say, "joy ride" their EVOs.

naw man ferget it, he was almost about to get hit by that lot guy er whatever and whats he gonna do if you wer him and you wer in that car ud a dun the same thing even if there wasnt a dealer withem. they aint gunna buy it so what eh? i did the same thing when i was testdrivin, i washed out this street with rubber and the guy tells me im gonna buy this car right and im like no ill take the other color whats he gun do!!!!!111On3O!

Recaros were black the car was the dark gray the sterry wheel was MOMO all black the car was a 6 speed

it was a graphite gray IX MR
man i thought only socal had IX's right now i guess they're slowly coming in

Interesting, so here is a dealership letting some guy drive and put mileage on there most valuable and hottest commodity -an 06 IX MR- with out discussing price or even feeling confident that you may actually want to buy it, did they even do a credit check?. Like I said ...Interesting!

man u guys need to stop bustin his chops,service tech take the new evos for joyrides all the time, even when you take in your evo for service they still take your evo for joyrides

I am really getting the impression that you guys do not believe me.. I SWEAR it was an 2006 MR whether it was an IX i dunno I swear he let me drive it, I have an s2000 and a Jeep Cherokee Laredo so i have a good trade in!


I am just gonna have to buy it for you guys to believe, I am not a fibber!

its a 9 and i think they believe you,but they're flamming you for taking it for the 0-60 time because it was a brand new 9 and the engine has been broken in yet

0-60 when you are about to get hit by an excursion The dealer as well as I was not concerned about the wear on the Engine!
