I went from '02 WRX --> '06 EVO 9 MR --> '03 Turbo S2000(434whp) --> s14 track car and subaru wagon --> '04 WRX wagon... and now I want another Evo 9. Best Car I have ever owned. I absolutely love them. Look at the number of people that have bought more than one, or who have sold them, bought something else, and then come back to the Evo again.

I just want to say that although i don't have a lot of performance car experience, my Evo 10 is the best car I've ever driven! I've owned an Acura integra 96', & Acura Tl 06' 6 speed with brembo brakes and driven m3 e36 tiptronic, g37, 328xi, neon srt-4, pontiac gto 6.0, evo 8, jeep srt-8. I can only see myself buying an Audi rs-4, Porsche turbo, jeep srt-8 or 08 Nissan gtr. I will never go without turbo again unless I have a v8 with all wheel drive!

Trueno429, wtf, drive your camry off a cliff. yeah you can kill my lancer, you have a V6. are you kidding, i know the lancer is slow and I'm not saying its fast, your post has not a damn thing to do with this thread.
Anyways, I've not driven either an Evo or STI, I just see that both are AWD but the STI has more power, but I have seen that the Evo is quicker. I prefer the evo over sti still, I was just throwing it out there.

I have had Hemi Cuda's, 9.5 second Duster, Mustang SVO, BMW M6, Porsche 928S4, 911tt, Audi S4tt, Z06, and two Evo's. I would take my old BR built Evo over all of them. Now, toss a new 2010 GT-3RS my way and I might change my mind. Many were nicer to drive but not as much fun as the Evo.

awd is cool, and i am highly dissapointed after owning an evo in terms of acceleration from a 6mt g35c, but on the other hand rwd is way more fun in the corners. not so sure bout a gto though.

I feel the same way in reverse. Esp. after spending a few hundred. I like to tinker and Evo's are pretty vanilla interms of power upgrades. Its not hard (or expensive to get pretty stupid power out of an Evo.......Can't say the same as alot of other cars in the same class (G35/350 being one of them).......but you can't beat how nice those look with 20's and soem wide *** wheels.
