I fill up almost every single time (bout 95-99% of the time) at the same place (a newer 76), and never notice anything like that. Try a couple of good stations (76, Shell, Chevron, etc) and if you find one that make the car feels good, then always use that station (not just brand, the exact station)

There is a valve in the top of the neck that gets messed up when you over fill the gas. If you put it on auto and it stops then that is all the gas you should put in it. If you top it off a couple of times that valve get gasoline in it and it affects the emissions system. Over time it could cost you some $$ to fix it.

This happens to my 05 as well. I think this happens when you top it off. I usually top off 0.5 of a gallon after the first click off on the pump. It is not too bad. It goes away after you burn the gas. I will try not to top it off and see what happens

Ok update on this, Car was on E filled it up tonight and as soon as i got to the first light i looked up at my wideband and it was all over the place from 11.5 all the way up to 17.2 and this is at a light so it must be something to do with the emissions system. and the norm when the car is stoped it will hold 14.2 to 14.7 spot on. if anyone has a wideband and is having this issue let me know what they come up with. I have no idea what is going on with the Car.
