After you unscrew it, just unplug the wire harness. That's the only thing. Take it off, plug in the VII lights, and screw it back on. Easy. My friend just took a picture of it, but I probably won't get it until later on tonight. I'll post it as soon as I can. I bought the lights for about 230.

i know this might sound ghetto, but why dont you guys just buy red tail light tint spray and spray your evo 8 tail lights to look like the evo 7 tail lights. looks just as good in my opinion. costs about $20 for a bottle. a little DIY project.

Woot! 100% better with the red tails and I'll be getting the silver Evo too.

Thanks 771852. My friend helped me take those pics. I only wish we did it a little earlier in the day and had more light.
Yeah, I think it looks better with the VII lights as well. Not a fan of the clear tail lights.
