Pics of my car under the knife!

Well I did think about taking it to where I bought the car just to get a good laugh but I didn't want to pay the extra tow bill for it.
The fuel cell kit is what Buschur has on their site for an upgrade over a walboro in tank pump. It comes w/ Aluminum fuel cell, -8AN feed & return line, all the fittings, Aeromotive A1000, aeromotive inline filter, fuel pressure regulator w/ guage, and a piece of sheet metal to put in your trunk if you cut out the bottom of your trunk.
Its a very well put together kit. The only other thing I had to buy was a painless wiring kit from Jeg's to wire the pump and new fuel level sensor in the cell.
I went a little beyond that and made a brace out of 1" sq tubing for more rigidity in the back of the car.

It makes it easier to flow more fuel to the engine. The A1000 will flow around 1000 hp for a turbocharged vehical, and it is a 16 gallon tank( I think) so yes it does hold more fuel. I took out the stock one because all you use is the fuel cell to supply fuel to the engine. WhaT you could do and crossed my mind was to use both tanks: stock one for pump gas map and fuel cell for race gas map, but that would have been a lot more work than I would ever want to do but it would of been cool!

Yeah its alot of fun. Nothing like completely tearing down an '03 w/ 7000 miles on it. yeah cost a few bucks but my buddy sold me just about everything at a bid discount and I'm doing all the work myself, so I've saved a lot of money. I just figure do it right the first time.... right.
