I've only had my car for about 2 months and my passenger seat back shakes/vibrates pretty bad, it doesnt make much noise (yet...), but it really bothers me that it shakes like that. Is this the same problem you guys are having?

Yes! I've had my IX for 2 weeks and from day one the windshield has been creaking. I noticed the other day that the passenger seat started to shake. But I haven't experienced the rattling A-pillar yet.
I didn't have any of these problems in my WRX, but the WRX was not this fast either

Rattles just mean your car has it's money else where. If you turn up the stereo, roll down your windows, or have a good exhaust, you wont hear the rattles

Yes, the passenger seat rattle is *normally* the handle underneath the seat for seating position rattling. It tends to go away with a passenger. I had the rattle on my '03 but have not heard it on my '05 yet. How did I fix it? Took it to the dealership. The mechanic told me he added some rubber to the handle but I don't know exactly what he did. There's too much slack in the handle so you need to find a way to take up the slack.

My passenger Evo5 seat rattles also...only when its in a certain position...Ralliart actually had a recall on the Evo5GSR seats because of the rattle and an eventual losening of the seat which would prevent it from holding its position and reclining on its own over a short period of time...there is also a fix anounced by recaro for the problem...maybe this is the same problem or similar in the Evo8's
