Independent studies done on royal purple against all major competitors. There is a reason it is 6$ a quart.

I change mine at an auto hobby shop on the Marine Corps base I work at. They take the old oil and filter and everything. And I only pay $2 for the lift time. It's a great deal. But if you don't have access to that you can take it to auto zone I think and they will dispose of it. Some city dumps have facilities to take your old oil.

Or as Tyler Durden says id you know used motor oil makes great a great fertilizer. LOL....oops I broke the first rule!

Because the factory is using mass production and has a contract with mobile one. Just because Mitsubishi uses it doesn't make it the best. Take the Spark plugs for example. I can get 4 NGK IX iridiums for 8$ ea. A set of factory plugs is like 64$.

I agree but, if you call NGK they will tell you that the factory plugs are better.

That really depends on the car. Stock to stock maybe, but the higher end NGK IX's will out perform the Mitsu plugs. By higher end I mean the 8 and 9B series. Now in regards to the oil Royal purple is also a full synthetic and has been proven to actually polish the internal walls of your motor.

Not very many people will "out drive" their oil if they use a full-synthetic and change it after every track event! or oil change interval for street use. I think the selection of weight is even more important then the brand if using a full-synthetic.

I do not think royal purple is a Ester based oil?

i dump it all in containers and take it to any autoparts store or oil change shop. They should recycle for it for you for free.

They have metric and standard (inches) ... you got lucky, you need the right metric size.
