What I would like to know is how many of the MR owerns actually road race (not drag race) their cars! Most of them are wasting money being posers.
BTW - No blue MR LOL. I wish they had black. I road race the fuUK out of my car!

I made some phone calls a couple of weeks ago and was told that I could order Black for the MR, and that if the sales rep at the local dealership didn't want to play then see the sales manager, I asked if they could send me something in writing or as an e-mail but they wouldn't do it.
I mean after all, all it would take is to get an MR shell and send it through the assembly line to get sprayed black with the other Straight IX's,(US GSR) limiting the color options on the IX MR seems really stupid to me. I am sure it would increase sales.
After all it is not like I am asking the impossible, the colors are already available, even if I had to pay $200 extra thats no biggie.
I mean in the UK they have to pay extra for metallic colors.
I mean come on, a $40,000 car and they are going to limit to 4 colors. what are they thinking.
I think we need to get a petition together, for Mitsu US.

well if that was the case then they are contradicting themselves.
I mean yeah the GG sold well last year but look at the other color options on the 05 MR's
no black or blue what a load of crap.
it is kind of like bullying, or rail roading.
MMNA is already shafting us on equipment like the SAYC, intercooler waterspray, Auto Climate control, and now the paint colors.
if they didn't separate the US market from the other world markets with trim and colors everything would be fine, but they always have to change tooling for the US market, no wonder Mitsu is loosing money
They should have kept the trims levels as follows
RS
Red & White only
GT
Red, White, Black, Silver, Yellow, Blue
GSR
Red, White, Black, Silver, Yellow, Blue
I wish they would wake up and give the customer what they want, no wonder Subaru have the market, I see more STI's and WRX's about the place than I do Evo's.
