I agree...the evo sucks monkey nuts..and I hate the car at the moment. Wish I would have got a supra at first anyway ...I know it would tear up too, but it wouldnt be brand new and have an excuse for its problems.

Dude, it's the first year for the car. Problems are to be expected.

I'm not saying that all these problems are acceptable, but they're bound to happen in first year production.

It's common knowledge not to purchase a vehicle in its 1st new year of redesign, but some people just can't seem to wait.

Life sucks. Get a helmet.

Good luck with getting everything sorted out, and like some of the others said, bring the car back to the stealership and make them fix it right.

What do my BIG NUTS have to do with this car being a POS?

You all know the Evo is NOT reliable, so don't give me this **** Al!!!

You can buy a KIA and not have this many problems, and thats a FACT!!!

Not saying the car is not BAD A$$, just saying it going to be a lot of problems.

Nobody I know has had many problems at all. I bought mine the first month they came out in '03 and have had it to the dealer for only 2 cosmetic issues (peeling clearcoat on caliper, and rear wing clearcoat). I don't have any rattles either
So yours might be a POS, but not everyones. Go buy a new Civic and be happy.

I know the 05 are better and stronger, but they also have a lot less miles, There is a lot of people here with problems on the 05.

Its not 03,04,05,06 its MITSUBISHI!!!! They are all going to fall apart sooner than later!

I have an 03' with 33k. Not one problem. Still on stock clutch after 12+times at the track. Changed brake pads at 31k.

Before you sell the car maybe you should have the transmission rebuilt by TRE. They just rebuilt my TC and the car drives so much better.

I'm pretty damn close. As soon as the kit comes in I'll install everything and in the Spring more than likely it will be gone. 18 weeks of downtime since Feb.
