No, no.. that's Street Rays..

As for the meaning, well, think of an Evo going over 150mph and you're standing there taking picture

you'll see the rays..

anyone got more info on this piece? this sounds like it might be a 3" o2 housing... that is cast... adn retains all stock mounting points and heatshields.... gasp!
