need help! slow spooling turbo

my car wants to stall when i start in first the rpms dip and it feels very slow off the line untill the rpms get up a little bit? and the turbo has slow spool up its just slow and late! and when it does spool up it drops down and i think i hear an air sound? so i took my front bumper off and tightened all the clamps on the ic piping and i even over tightened one clamp and it poped so i screwed it down again it seemed alright!
its still happening the upper rpms are moving kinda slow its taking pretty long to get to redline! after the turbo starts to spool past 3k rpms?? it feels like the car starts to slow down almost and i dont hear the turbo whine? almost like fuel or boost cut off?

the only mod i have is a greddy ti catback and this is my second evo so i know this is not normal!

can anyone please help me out here

yea reach in behind your block under the throttle body and there is an actuator looking thing check and see if the vacuum line is still connected the nipple faces the passenger side. I had that pop off a lot and my friends have too. I always put it back on for my friends. I zipped tied it hasnt popped off yet lol let me know if that helps

do a leak test, don't just tighten clamps - FIND ANY LEAKS and fix them. Make sure your MBC is mounted correctly.

/\ +1. If this is done, you will find the problem much quicker than attempting different things..

i would have suggested it could be something to do with the air/fuel mix perhaps...??
but if the exhaust is your only mod, then u should check for leaks
