Front end isn't a very good area to get messed up x=
When I asked Dealership how much to get HID's for my car, being an 05', they told me $1,300... For Each installed! As if I was ballin. But that was for the whole headlight because of the bulbs... Which it seems like you're going to need. GL! Sorry for the loss!

Excuse me? You were doing 65-75mph on a straight road in the dark, and there was no indication there was almost a U-turn coming up? I'm guessing the speed limit on this part of road was 35-45mph? Generally when a turn that severe is coming up the speed limit will drop to about 25mph. Someone's not telling the whole story here.

I feel bad for the EVO, but not so much for the driver; speeding is far from necessary.
