It does sound like the restrictors are missing or the hoses are on backward.

doesn't mitsu give a 12k warranty on any work they do? so even if you were out of standard warranty, you should have 12k from when then did the work.

Man your in Long island drive the car up to Turbo Trix in Edison, NJ and let them take a look at it for you and see what they find. They should be able to fix it for you no problem
