Yeah if you rear end someone it ais almost always your fault. I was on the highway and the person in front of me came to a dead stop. I stopped behind them, then i got rearended pushing me into the car in front of me. The person behind me got charged AND i got charged with following too closely. Aint lif e a*****

Yeah, it sucks, but you're supposed to leave room in front of you to stop under all circumstances. Almost no one follows at a safe distance for every unpredictable situation, and the ones that try have people cutting in front of them.

yeah, she can't even pay for insurance or to get a drivers license. You think she's going to be able to pay for damage to an evo? Hopefully you have uninsured motorist protection on your policy.
