Funny how I gave no details of the situation but Im dumb. Hmmm.... But yeah it was pretty dumb. Granted she tapped the person in front of her first and then I tapped her because all of a sudden she was at a dead stop but either way I shouldnt have been so close.
So anyone know if it will still be considered my fault? She had no license, registration or insurance.

If she doesn't have a license or anything, there must be a huge loop hole about her being on the road. I'm sure if you talk to the right people, you can end up getting her to pay for it all, since she shouldn't have been on the road to begin with.

"Last one in is the rotten egg" seems to be the rule here in Alabama.
When I was a kid, I missed a turn, slid, and stopped, causing three cars to rear end each other behind me. Police ruled other drivers fault for driving too closely, even though it was raining/slick road/rushhour, ending with the last lady. She was furious. I was lucky. Good luck. It's just a car. No one is hurt. Be thankful.
