november 13 2005 street wars at englishtown,i went over there with a friend of mine the weather was great everything was going good, the parking lot was full so i had to park my evo on the dirt,when i was parking my car i notes three more evos together and the owners where hanging out outside there cars, u know i did the right thing i stop and i said hello to them and i told them that there cars were looking good,anyways long story short after enjoying the day at english town i went to get my car and i notes something was missing on my car as i get closer i see that mine perry shorty antenna was missing and i think maybe one of the evo owners took it because they all had the stock anntenas im so mad and dissapointed at the same time i tough those guys were going to look after me unstead they stole my antenna,a holes the moral of the story is if you have a perry shorty antenna and theres other evos around make sure you take it with you before they can take it from you.

I always take my antenna off and fold in my mirrors for that extra hundredth of a second. Sorry to hear about your misfortune.

 

Well i agree with you that the evo owners might have took your shorty, but look at it this way if you have to take your antenna off everytime a evo owner is parked by you then you cant afford a evo. its a 25 antenna big deal at least they left you your rims and car

 

dude, that sucks you really cant put anything on your car now days without being scared someone is going to steal it. sorry about you troubles.

 

moral of the story is don't jump to conclusions and blame other people...that is just stupid man...you can't just assume they took it and you cant expect them to be the Evo Police and watch your car for you...it's America this is not how things work here...respect is not just expected...sorry to hear that someone jacked it but don't blame people when you have no idea if it was them.

 

That's why i use locktight on my perrin antena. So you get crappier reception, but who listens to the radio anyways?

 

i know is a 25 dollar item but you missing the point,why you have to take something tath is not yours, how about if i steal you antenna you knowing i park next to you how would you feel,maybe you can send me a new antenna if is not a big deal.
