I would say perin with the test pipe and o2 sim you can get the down pipe then get the test pipe and sim as a kit for about 175, plus easy installation.

I have HKS 65mm DP. It works great just any other one will. Just make sure fitment is good. There is nothing that pisses me off worse than parts that don't fit well. With most of the bigger name companies fitment should be fine.
