Mine creaks like hell when its cold out especially. There not much to be done with it though due to the extremely stiff suspension. The whole body of the car takes more of a beating when the suspension doesnt give much. It would be nice to have it quieter but I just deal with it.

Interior Rattles & Body Stress
Try a crack that has appeared @ the top of the windscreen, drivers side & extended 2" straight across screen, I believe this has resulted from body flex in cornering, but they sure do hang on, in a corner.

Heres something I read on here. It was the stupidest thing ive ever heard. Anyhow The door latch which is attached to the body gets rubber build up on it. Take some rubbing compound and rub it off, or sand it lightly. Then put some silicone spray on it. Works everytime

Hey man, definitely search for questions like these. The mods even posted a sticky on the endless amount of squeak/rattle/noise threads on here. Post #9 answers your question...

Fixed my one or two creaks.
Headliner (non sunroof) - remove light, you may find the factory isolators are not reaching the roof thus banging away over bumps. I added foam to fill the gap and problem solved.
Door creaks - Rubber movement against each other, placed rubber spacers cut from small o-rings between door and side mirror housing. This puts pressure on the door panel and reduces movement.
99% of the noises are now gone, similar interior noises to my Lexus so Im all good with that.
BMW make noises too, Im actually impressed with the IX MR's lack of creaks but hey, shes new, may get worse.
