Creaking Interior
Does anyone else have an issue with your door panels creaking really loudly. It just started doing this and it is really annoying. I can't figure out exactly what is causing it, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

whats cauing it? lets break this problem down.
1. the car cost 30,000 dollars. go look inside another 30,000 dollar car. for instance a lexus IS or bmw 325. when you look inside the car you'll see what the automobile industry calls an "interior". notice the significant lack there of in a mitsubishi evolution.
2. what mitsubishi call an interior looks like it was stolen form other sources around the mitsubishi office. the floor... mitsubishi cooperate office carpet. the seat upholstery... the psuedo alcantara couches that were disguarded in the last remodel. the door panels... lifted stright from the hot wheels that the CFO bought his son in 2000. and so on.
3. the "interior" is assembled to be mod friendly. by this i mean they spent countless hours designing the inside so that any piece can be removed with no more than two screws and enough force. try it. thank them later.
im summary you may be asking yourself "where exactly did my 30,000 dollar go", obviously not into mitsubishi's pockets because the company is nearly broke. to answer this question refer to previously mentioned 30,000 dollar cars performance and compare. i think you'll be satisfied.

Whatever that noise is that has been coming from my passenger door since I bought the evo is really annoying. I had the dealership look at it, but no change. Oh, I guess that's the price I pay for this amazing car.

I am not complaining I wasted 30,000 dollars because my interior makes noises. I am just asking if other evo owners have experienced it and if they did anything about it.
