Any new owners dissapointed?

Wondering if any new owners are having second thoughts now that the initial thrill has passed? Like OMG what have I done or I wish I would have waited for the STI or you kidding ..... this car is GREAT!

Thanks in advance.

I doubt anyone would wish they had waited for the STi- that is, not until after it comes out! I hope the honeymoon lasts a little longer, at least until the first payment is due...

It's a great car! And I still have not broken it in yet. I love a pure all out sports car. Porsches are fun but still not on the edge.

No Front LSD and/or ACD

Every other annoyances I've already anticipated to fix to my liking. Such as.

1. Outside temp, with auto dim mirrors.
2. Better speakers "no paper speakers" and a much better headunit worthy of a japanese car.
3. No boost guage or EGT guage.

Stuff i cant do anything about,

1. Xenons color change from white to as yellow as my regular lights.
2. No ACD or AYC if i wanted one.
3. No titanium turbo. "Nice to have faster spool up to decrease lag"
4. No factory cruse control.

The car was more than i expected though.

I was orginally thinking 265 hp with ACD last year with no recaro and small FMIC.

gtr,

Are you planning on adding autodimming mirrors and outside temp? Or does the evo come with it already? How would you add that?

you can get auto mirrors with dimming, compasses and temps on them... I know Honda does, but im sure aftermarket parts are available for the mitsu.

I was thinking something like this.

It should be rewarding after install. Probably a pain to stick and remove the mirror.

Had it for 3 days and tend to leave early for everywhere b/c i want to drive it. No regrets here.. it is all the power and handling I'll need for a long time, so I doubt I'll want more in the STI if it even turns out to be any better. I love it more every time i see it, drive it, or just sit in it.

It's a fun car but it needs a little more power for my taste. I have not really got on it too hard yet but I am not expecting much. I really like the fact that it is so nimble though.
