give the man a break... i have never delt with evo8 before but i feel that they need some room for air...they are trying the best as they can... and for the ups..sometimes when i get my tracking number..it takes up to a day or so to be in the system...not just instant or in 2 or 3 hours!...hope that helps..

Give the man a break. He came in apologized and gave his explanation, so lets give him some time to see if he comes through.

I've been giving him time since September 26th. Since the posting of this "apology" I have not received a phone call, and the email that I have received simply told me to contact another company, which I did, to no avail.

give the man a break? I did, but when someone says sorry, that means it wont happen again. Look at the above posts...he's HAD time, apologized, had time...NOTHING has improved. He is a vendor with NUMEROUS people complaining about him even after the guy apologized and made promises....like someone said ACTIONS > words
