Progress seems like its being made in my case....a LOT slower than it should, but at least it seems we're moving in the right direction...

if you paid by cc, let them sort it out. they will usually refund the money to you and go after the business for you.
send back the incorrect part and order from another company.

Im not sure if this is applicable for internet vendors, but maybe filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau might help? They investigate into fraudulant companies when complained to.

http://www.bbb.org/
That's their site, Im really not sure if they apply for internet vendors though.

If they have a biz license it will apply.. but it's really not going to do much to help your situation.

Let you CC's handle it. No point in waiting months for parts other vendors will gladly sell you

Until i ran across this thread I thought that my troubles with Evo8.con was an isolated event. I order a set of front and rear break pads from them in October and have not yet recieved them. After couple of attempt to reach Evo8 by phone and e-mial I finaly got an e-mail back saying that my order had now been rush shipped. This was on the 13th of last month. At this point I have little faith in the truth of any statement made by employees of Evo8.com.

I would also like to be contacted with how you are going to remedy this.

Thats it I've had it with this company! After writing yet another e-mail as well as making another phone call as to the where abouts of my order i have recieved no response. I placed my order on 10/28 and the only thing I have heard by from Evo8.com is that my order had been "rush" shipped on 11/13/05. After a few more weeks of waiting still nothing. So thanks to Evo8.com I have been getting to listen to the grinding of my rotors for over a month and my evo is my only transportation.

At this point simply saying you have turned the business over to someone else and giving us the same phone number or e-mail (nobody answers) is not going to cut is. All I want is my money back and if that does not happen I will look into legal action.

Evo8.com you need to contact me immediatly!!

Any 3 or more creditors (you EVO owners and customers) that are owed a total of at least $10,000 by a debtor (EVO8.com) can put that company into an involuntary chapter 7 bankruptcy case by filing a petition in federal bankruptcy court. It's pretty simple. If the case is successful from the creditors' point of view, the company will be forced to sell all its assets and pay its creditors whatever percentage of the debt its assets will cover (after payment of administrative expenses like lawyers fees).

Think about it.

Yeah, so it's now December 15th....havn't heard anything from evo8.com since the 5th....no real progress has been made. It was a nice story about your wife and all, but obviously the things you promised were lies.
