My credit card company is already on it....and I wonder if they'd be able to use this thread...I might call 'em and ask 'em to check it out.

Hate to say it, but this is one reason why I don't buy shiet from mail order vendors for products sight unseen. As one member posted previously, this vendor should be reported to the Federal Trade Commission (as it involves product and funds crossing state lines) and to the Inspector General of the US Postal Service (as it involves mail fraud). And of course, report his *** to the Better Business Bureau and to Dun & Bradstreet (for business credit rating). Fortunately, bankruptcy is a much more difficult process as federal laws have tightened up quite a bit. Nail this fool!

So, in the time that the other thread (voting one) got created and deleted, evo8.com posted a couple times....I haven't received any emails, any phonecalls, or any refund money. you rock, david stoner. Thanks for screwing a guy who can barely make ends meet as it is out of over $2300.

I paid via CC, and my credit card is on it, but nothing is conclusive yet. I'm still running on "provisional credit" from my CC company.

https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/announcement.php?f=11 <------I just read some of this and it says "No vendor advertising unless registered with our site." IMO he has been advertising if you read some of his post. wouldn't this consist of at least a warning I mean there was a thread that had quite a few members who think he should be banned but.......?
