not but a 15/16 gallon tank would save me visits to the pump. I think if "weight" is your real concern you'll just pump less gas.

I just bought a Traded in EVO and its got 20k on her.2003my.

The wing is peeling (underneath) and i really don't care all that much...but seems to me the Diff's/gears are Whining pretty loudly.didn't read anything like that as of yet on this car.

I would think fluid could make it better or not?

The clutch/flywheel was replaced under warranty and the Crank case as well way before I bought it....but seems the diff is making more noise that any car I've ever heard - sounds like a WRC car w/a sequential tranny in it...honestly.

I own an Modded Sti so I know this is not normal.

any probs or remidies that are out there would help.

this weekedn Every fluid in "her" are getting replaced - and getting this car back tottaly stock to get the slight Crank case leak that we'ver found.

the loud whine sounds like you blew your transfercase. Search evom.net for more info to diagnose the problem and where to get it rebuilt. Good luck

Well..I've only put 30 miles on it...but yes the Transfer case was replaced and it does have a leak when we put it up on teh rack at my work...so looks like it will be fixed again?

guess that explains the damn Megan Racing exhaust on there .
got a damn good deal on the evo so it is def worth it. $17.5 from my dealership w/ 20,000 miles.

I wonder if Evos will have similiar tranny problems like the older AWD eclipses. I guess we'll see as the average miles begin to climb.
