Nearly hit 3 female deer in NJ with my EVO tonight!!!
I was out in NJ today just hanging out and all with the girl. To make a long story short after I dropped her off I went by Sunoco to fill up and on the way back to RTE 80 I had to drive thru some dark winding roads and I saw 3 deer cross in front of me. I was going pretty quick and luckily my reflexes were quick enough to stop on time. I threw on my hazards to warn cars behind me from nailing me and also threw on my highbeams to light up the 3 deer that were taking their sweet @@@#!#!@#! time crossing the street.
But anyhow, It would have been a disaster and funny at the same time if I had crashed into those three deer all at once....
drive safely and stay alert on dark windy roads in wooded areas!

OMG....me and a buddy of mine were riding our bikes on 287 when a deer darted across. A lady in a Camry on our left hit the deer on its rear hind leg and spun the deer in front of us. Luckily we didn't hit it, but from then on I have this phobia of hitting deer when I'm out riding on most roads in NJ and Upstate NY.

My car is still messed up from hitting a deer on Nov. 15th. The deer jumped out of the bushes on this little hill on the right side of the road, I served left to try to dodge it, but it keep runing and its head hit the pass. headlight (broke it) then swung around and its body hit the pass front door and put a petty nice size dent into it. The car should be going to the shop tomorrow or tuesday and hopefully be fixed by X-mas.

yea I hit a deer in my celica when I was stationed in north dakota. I saw it and swerved left. It hit the pas headlight swinging the car around. I ended up doing 2 360's and landing in a ditch. the car was a total loss, enabling me to pick my evo. so all and all it was a happy ending.
BTW: everytime I see a deer on the side of the road my heart skips a beat
