An Evo would easily hand an F40 it's *** in the braking dept...there's an F40 that tracks on a semi-regular basis and he's always complaining about the brakes (no ABS!). The Evo has brakes (depending on year) 15 years advanced over the F40. Any of the recent tests feature the F40 also mention the rather crappy brakes compared the their modern counterparts. A 400whp Evo would snack on an F40. Now in the handling dept...the F40's obviously pretty darn effective in the hands of an experienced driver. But most are really afraid to push that car to the limit on race rubber and who can blame them! It's really quite amazing how far cars have progressed performance-wise in a decade+.

The thing I noticed with my EVO the day I drove it home from the dealership is the awesome handling and steering. Its user friendliness of being a 4-door with room for a few friends. I also noticed a bit of a rougher ride but hey, I know that I'm driving a sports car and not a family car.
Anyhow, the biggest thing I noticed about my EVO is the attention it gets whether it be from ricers, soccer moms and dads and pedestrians! (anyhow, a yellow EVO kinda does stand out of the crowd)

"I will blow your doors off with 4 doors"<---has a real meaning to it right now the only thing sucks is the amount of tickets you get because of the attention the car brings on itself

"I have the fastest -back seat- in town"
a real accurate way to describe the comparison
look how far up the chain we have to go to find a close comparison,
and all w/no back seat!!
