Depends on the downpipe. Usually they do, but you'll need to find out based on the actual DP. Whatever DP it is, you can probably search for it by name and find out right here on this site.

You could just ask the company? They'll let you know what works and what doesn't. Do a search for Authority. Maybe someone else has asked this very question? I'd look for a link for you, but i'm lazy right now.

Yeah, why are you waiting around for us when you could just ask the vendor or search for it? Just about every downpipe can bolt up to the stock cat. It doesn't matter that the cat ID is smaller. It just matters that the flanges mate up. Also, there's no reason to purchase and install an aftermarket O2/DP when still using the stock cat. Waste of money and time...

You should buy a 3" HF cat or resonated test pipe if you actually want some performance benefit from the Authority exhaust system. I'd suggest you call whoever you bought it from and see what they feel is your best option.

Authority Dp on to the factory outlet. I used the new donut gasket and it was making the leak, so I put the old one donut gasket on and it did the same thing

You need a 3" cat or test pipe. Nothing else will work with a 3" down pipe.
