Most big power cars on this site seem to have much higher rev limits and a much later powerband.

I just told you who's car it is FImotorsports do a search under his name. He posted multiple vids of his runs all throughout the 10-11 second range. He is not shifting slow considering he lift shifts...no powershifting. He posted why it clunks, but I forgot the reason.

It sounds to me like he is using anti-lag to keep the turbo spooled between shifts. It almost always backfires between shifts when using it. If you listen, there is not always one "pop" as there would be from a loud tranny or something. On one of his slower shifts there are 2-3 "pops" as the anti lag keeps going.

Sounds like 2-step off the line and no lift shift going down the track. Sounds good to me!

One of the pops you are hearing is the pedal hitting the custom pedal stop so that it doesnt break the throttle body shaft off. That WAS St. Louis at the NDRA event in the crazy heat this summer. Reason he was launching it so high was that it had the long ratio TRE trans in it at the time. We figured out quickly that it was too tall to launch well, so we went back to the standard ratio.

Edit: Video of the run
