Car Stuttering/Jerking at Certain RPMS?

People with EVO 9's do you notice this? When cruising in 5th or 6th gear at about 2500 rpm, if you let off the gas, does you feel a jerking motion? I'm not sure if it's the transmission or just the engine shifting. It's most noticable in 6th gear. I was cruising slowly in traffic yesterday, so it happened a lot. I don't believe 2500 rpm is too low for 6th so what could be causing it? Boost isn't on yet, so I'm wondering if it has to do with the MIVEC?

Thanks.

How long have you got the MR for???

If not too long chances are its normal and your just looking for trouble....

6th in 2500 rpm??? Kinda too low for that gear IMO

would you define the condition as bucking?
I am guessing the car is a bit lean in that range, but I would think after awhile it would learn you are not going to downshift. iow, the ecu might refigure those cells. it might be hard for the computer to get a good afr at that load site.

It's currently at about 800 miles. I guess it could be considered bucking.
At 2500 rpm it's just under 60 mph. Not too low is it? So the ECU will adjust over time?
