Yea I never let anyone fill me up because it clearly says in the manual not to top off the gas tank and full service is more expensive......

Im from Jersey.. and now have to deal with the cali deal of pumping your own crappy gas.. It should be mandatory in all states to have attendants pump your gas.. it makes more low paying/ low education jobs available. Over here.. you have an entire gas station.. plus convience store run by a schmuck sitting at his desk.. In Jersey you have gas stations, then you have convience store.. anyone in jersey will attest to the awesomeness of WAWA.. a place that would never exist in california without the pumping restriction.

Ok, that's good. I read a thread a few months back (I think in the summer) that an attendant at a full service station filled with 89 when specifically told to use 91 (ion remember the octanes...i'm from Cali..if that counts as an excuse). A few blocks later the 4G63 blows on the guy. Just checking. ;p

what the hell is wrong with you? when he said your car was a piece of crap what were you thinking? if someone said that to me i would've dumped all of my garbage in his lot and left. he would've had to pick all that crap up since he works there.

You should have asked him what he drove right away... and laughed at him.

then proceeded to tell him that he needs those kill switches because everyone is looking to steal his car and sell all the ****ty cheap parts to the other 3429738472894234 civic owners who think their cars are schweet.

and the NJ gas pumping thing is annoying. I live in NJ and i'm used to it always be pumped for me, but i prefer to just pump it myself when i'm out of state. it's quicker, and i don't have to worry about spills and stuff.

blue evo 8, your mistake was telling him that you had a Lancer instead of a Lancer Evolution. he probly test drove a regular Lancer & didn't like it, but if i remember correctly, there are some mean NA Lancers that whoop on civics regularly...
