I get revved on countless times, no matter which car I have had, no matter how much work, when I was in one of my faster cars, I would just laugh, as they looked at me, usually had a buddy with me, the other driver would get all mad wondering why I am laughing so hard at them. We would be saying "if only this idiot knew..."

no more annoying than any other manual car in certain situations (like long hours of bumper to bumper). in fact, if i had to be in a manul bumper to bumper, i'd still want it to be an evo. ok, maybe a zonda. no, wait, a zonda f!

it's rought going in the morning before it warms up, then the little noises that the clutch makes and what not. and a total +1 for the no cruise thing. but, i don't get challenged a lot. and it's usually something that has no business racing at all. the two that were after me the hardest were a Honda mini-van and an Impala SS.

My exhaust annoyed me for the first time yesterday.
BTW: AMS TBE w/ testpipe
I was driving through the Holland Tunnel yesterday morning and the sound was pretty annoying.
It was much louder than I thought; it must be the reverberation.
I've noticed that the louder exhaust makes people drive more aggressively around me, as if I'm trying to race.
Just my 2 cents.

Does that ever get annoying or do you, just brush it off as EVO envy?

Happens every so often to me. When it is someone in another import 4 cylinder I don't give it much thought. I love it when some guys roll up in their new mustangs and rev the V8 or do small burnouts next to you, and behind you. Makes me laugh. Have had that happen to me a few times. Needless to say the Evo did not lose. I used to own Mustang Gt before the Evo, so I know full well the differences.

1. Long trips
2. No one knows what an Evo is in OH
3. I have an Exedy Twin and valet parked a couple months ago.... on the valet ticket was written, "car makes funny rattle noise at idle"

I don’t get “challenged” a lot by other cars very often. However, since I live in the southwest I do get provoked by a lot of trucks with like a 36" lift kit and big swamper tires that want to race.
