i've bought quite a bit from them. their customer service is kind of lame though. usually when you call they get your number and have to call you back later with the answer email is probrably your best bet.

Mayhaps the best vendor out there (they got my vote). They price match everything, never had a problem at all. I buy almost all my parts from them. Have to be patient if you have a question I agree. I've talked to Justin several times and he has even gone to the warehouse to lay hands on a part to answer a question while I was on the phone. This is a long weekend for alot of businesses, hopefully them too.

So be patient dude. You might even get a free t-shirt in with your order.
