I had a 3" Random Technologies hi-flow and loved it. Passed emmissions and inspection in PA, no problem

I also have a RT cat 2.5". I saved the stock one in case the visual inspector gives me grief. No CEL's fit's fine and definately makes power.

you will be fine with a hi flow in NJ... they just do the snuff and cel check there dont they? I passed with no cats in my WRX with a cel fix... I went to the right shop though in PA though.

I have the Helix 3" high-flow with their downpipe and GReddy titanium cat-back and love them. Good power and cool sound. No emissions in my area, so I don't know if it would pass or not.

Well with no emissions the high flow would not even be a question... test pipe...um WI must really be the sticks if there is no emissions testing at all.. helll they do a dyno in CO

Yeah, I'm probably going to go to that this spring. I did it for the environment They have emissions testing in Milwaukee, but nowhere else that I know of. Madison only has about 250,000 people, and many drive enviro-friendly cars to begin with.

Now here in CA a high flow is a must caus of a visual inspection even on a road stop... it all depends on where you live... just be aware of the laws.

Dude.. dont even spend your money on the high flow out there. Get the ultimate racing test pipe for less.. and be sure to keep your stock cat.
