Before you guys say anything.... Yes i have searched to what exhausts fit the evo IX and have not found anything. Does anyone know for SURE which turboback exhausts or any in general will fit the Evo IX witout fitment issues, or if the setup is identical to the VIII? Thanks in advance for all your replys!

I've been asking this question for about a month now so I know how you feel. There are a couple of vendors saying that thier solution works, but i've yet to hear from any IX MR owners confirming fitment. Good luck.......

We have a turbo back for the EVO 9 that fits perfect. We have installed probably 6 of them locally and sent out around 10 more.

 

Buschur is supposed to fit. I can give you a first hand answer next week

 

I have a tanabe 70 mm downpipe, a 3" resonated test pipe from ebay (looks like a Megan) and an Apex'i catback, all fits perfectly.

 

Not all companies are going to make a turbo-back system. You may have to mix and match your combo. I think the main key is to search for downpipes that'll work on the IX. Then that'll leave a slew of choices for catbacks. You guys just have to do the right searches!

I'm currently running a WORKS 3" dp, a LaBree Motorsports 3" hi-flow cat, and GReddy Ti catback. I had a slight fitment issue with the DP clearing the rear portion of my Cusco lower arm brace. Just needed to be spaced slightly. Clearance was good everywhere else.

 

The exhaust that fit the Evo 8 will fit the evo 9
