LancerShop...
I know when i call Lancer shops phone line to order a part that they are part of a bigger company and all but i wanted to give Lancer Shop a big ! Not only did i get a confirmation e-mail back on the parts i had ordered which they said were in stock but like aweek later when i called them because the part had not arrived yet the service rep. was rude and they said they had cancled my order (but didn't know why ) ! So i asled them what the deal was and why they didn't all me (the rep had my cell phone number on record) they couldn't tell me why. I had never had a problem with Lancer Shop before but this totally does it... i am never ordering from them again . Lancer Shop .... . I am now lookingfor a new buisness to order all my parts through , if anyone has any recommendations.

Yesterday, I ordered kartboy exhaust hangers that were supposedly "in-stock". I now just got an e-mail asking me if I'd like a refund because they are on backorder. My first disappointment with LS.

I've made several orders from LancerShop, and have nothing but good things to say about them! My parts always arrive on time... perhaps it's because the stuff I ordered wasn't backordered...

I just recently ordered a clutchline, greddy shift knob and shifter base bushings from them and they were very good to deal with and the shipping was very quick. Maybe now I'll think twice though before reordering.

But sorry to hear the guy was rude....that's a first. They are usually very pleasant to deal with. Either way, I can understand your frustration.

ive gotten everything besides my exhaust from them and had nothin but good quick service, they did screw up my sparkplug order but i called and had the right ones at my door two days later. i give em a for great service, time, cost

all i can say is ...that sucks for you. Lancershop has been top notch since i have been ordering stuff from them. You let one mistake be the reason to stop ordering from them... things happen, products get back ordered,they arrive late....when u order on the internet these things happen all the time.
